You must obtain shipping instructions and a Return Authorization number (RA) prior sending your return. You can contact us by phone during our business hours of 9:00am until 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday, fax (704.395.1413) or by email. If you contact us by email or fax, you will receive shipping instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours. To obtain an RA number, we will need you to provide the following information:

• Your name, email address, and daytime telephone number
• Your invoice number
• The date you received your order
• The product you are returning
• The reason for your return

You may return any product for a full refund provided that you return the product within 30 days after your order was placed.  You must first obtain an RA number before returning any product. You may return any product for a full refund that has not been opened and is returned in as shipped condition using the same shipping container as you received it. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit due for each and all product(s) returned.  Freight and handling is not refundable.

Any defective product will be exchanged for the same product at no charge as long as it is returned within 30 days and an RMA number has been obtained. We will take care of contacting the manufacturer-you only need to contact us.

After 30 days we cannot accept any return. If a product is defective you will need to contact the manufacturer and arrange for repair and/or exchange directly with them.
